Andrew Gordon-Kirsch M.S.

Andrew Gordon-Kirsch

Andrew Gordon-Kirsch is an organizational psychologist, leadership coach, and dedicated new dad. Since 2023, he has been running dads groups, facilitating 12 cohorts that have supported over 100 fathers (and their families) in navigating the joys and challenges of parenthood.

With a Master’s degree in Organizational Change Management and expertise in group dynamics and men’s work, Andrew’s purpose is to build kinship and community among dads, fostering the support men need to show up as full parents. Rather than positioning himself as the “Fatherhood Expert,” Andrew approaches his work with curiosity, empathy, and authenticity, fostering environments where fathers can share openly, celebrate their triumphs, and support one another.

Andrew also collaborates with perinatal professionals, equipping them with tools to better support dads and other non-gestational parents during pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. He strives to create inclusive, supportive spaces where all parents feel confident and valued in their roles.

Andrew lives in Oakland, California, with his spouse and daughter. Learn more at andrewgk.com.
