Te’zha Jones Kentucky, U.S.
Te’zha “Lotus” Jones is a womb wellness practitioner, doula, and founder of Wombs Unite, a community-rooted initiative dedicated to reconnecting birthing people with their intuitive and ancestral womb wisdom. She integrates somatic practices, menstrual cycle literacy, and trauma-informed care to support clients through the emotional and physical transitions of pregnancy, birth, and postpartum.
Te’zha works in the community at Maryhurst as a Child & Family Support Associate (CSA), where she provides trauma-informed care to youth and families navigating complex emotional, developmental, and relational challenges. This professional experience deeply informs her approach to womb-centered healing, giving her a grounded understanding of how trauma lives in the body and how supportive practitioners can help cultivate safety and regulation. She has also completed specialized postpartum trauma training, further strengthening her ability to support birthing people processing birth-related trauma or carrying historical or reproductive trauma into their perinatal journey.
Through womb circles, spiritual embodiment practices, and one-on-one coaching, Te’zha bridges culturally rooted womb traditions with evidence-based perinatal support. Her work centers accessibility, emotional safety, and the belief that every womb carries memory, resilience, and a unique energetic story. She is committed to helping doulas and birth professionals integrate somatic awareness into their practice so they can better serve clients with compassion, insight, and embodied presence.
