The New Path of Birth: The Science and Delight of New Insights in Fetal Rotation Through the Anatomy of Birth

Baby is NOT too big and the pelvis is RARELY too small, but the current view of birth IS TOO narrow. The posterior baby is NOT stubborn! The doula deserves a deeper dive to reveal physiological birth knowledge. In this session, we’ll discuss the soft tissues of the pelvis and uterine ligaments and how this info fits into comfort measures within the doula scope!  Gail will use stories and stats from hospitals and research to share simple and practical tips for birth preparation, birth positions, and overall easing of the birth process.
